FIBERNEX develops next-generation porous materials that combine engineered nanofiber substrates with thin, uniform metallic coatings - delivering significantly higher active surface area than conventional alternatives.
Applied to green hydrogen: a patent-protected 3D nanofiber mat, coated with a thin nickel layer via low-cost electroless plating, replaces bulky nickel-foam electrodes.
Dramatically reduced material dependency and environmental impact
A 5 MW electrolyzer stack gains ~45 additional tonnes of green hydrogen per year
